I used to run. Then I got too busy and complacent about working out. It’s been several years since running a 5K was a norm instead of a lofty goal. Because my life is more sedentary I’ve gained 60 lbs (27 kg) in the last few years. My clothes are too tight and getting tighter. Everything I wear is black and I’m tired of scouring the back of clothing racks looking for big sizes. Sleeveless shirts became the enemy as I try to cover up my jiggly bits. I’m starting running all over again and changing my lifestyle. My aim is to lose 60 lbs. This is a blog about running my way to skinny.
